You obviously want to know how to get your free clan message board, so we've set up this step-by-step guide to tell you how.
1) You must be the head of your clan. If you are not the head of your clan, recommend our site to your clan leader.
2) If you are a clan leader, sign up by clicking the 'Register' link at the top of the page. You must give accurate information and it is essensial your username is the same as your clan name (ie. [TAG]PlayStation Network I.D. ).
3) E-mail the filled out application form to theclansite@gmail.com, with the subject 'Clan Application'. The application form can be found here.
4) Allow 7-12 working days for your application to be registered. Please note that not all applications are successful. The Clan Site reserves the right to delete, modify, access, move, ban or otherwise change all message boards without prior notice. All information is kept confidential and is not passed on to third parties.
5) You will be contacted at your personal e-mail address. If you are successful in your application, your message board should be up and running within 12 days of reply.
6) It is your responsibility to inform your clan members of your new message board. You may submit your new clan message board address to Google, Yahoo or Ask, but submission to any other search engines will result in your board being permanantly deleted.
7) You may not give out any information on your clan members or members of The Clan Site over the internet.
8) Only your clan members will be allowed onto your message board. All clan members should sign up with their username as their clan name (ie. [TAG]PlayStation Network I.D. ).
9) Please follow all laws. If their is found to be any illegal material, copyright infringement or any such thing on your message board, it will be permanently deleted and the correct authorities will be informed.
10) Please keep your message board active. If their is no activity on your board for over a month, it will be deleted.
